Getting your custom filter is easy!

First thing we need is the measurements Universal Air & Heat recommends to have one of our techs come out to your home/office take the measurements and we will give you a FREE TUNE-UP at the same time ( must purchase the filter kit to receive a free tune up) if you are going to measure the filter yourself make sure to measure a ¼ inch to small for fitting purposes do not try to get the exact size as this will cause the filter to have a tight fit and may be difficult to work with or the filter may not fit at all.

The custom filter kit will be UPS delivered within two weeks from the order date.

When it comes time to reorder pads its fast and easy just call the phone # printed on the side of your filter, give the customer service representative the filter reorder # and the amount of filters you would like to order, pay by credit card then your 6 or 12 month supply of pads will be UPS delivered to your door right away.

Cleaning

Filters will typically need cleaned on a monthly basis, depending on the environment.

To clean, remove your filter and use a brush or vacuum to remove dry dust.

Next, rinse with water in the opposite direction of the airflow arrow.

Then repeat on the other side. If necessary, an all-purpose cleaner such as Formula 409® or Fantastic® can be used.

After using, rinse thoroughly, drain excess water until dry and reinstall.

Important:

Don’t expose your filter to direct sunlight or extreme heat

What happens if I order the wrong size custom made filter?

Because our custom made filters are constructed from one continuous piece of aluminum, we cannot resize them once they are made. We understand that sometimes mistakes happen so if your filter does not fit properly we will arrange make you a new one in the correct size and ship it out to you.
