When you invest in a complete system correctly sized for your home, you want to make sure your new system will keep you and your family comfortable. If you allow Universal Air & Heat to keep your system tuned up regularly and operating properly, you can expect a temperature swing of no more than two degrees (either way) from your digital thermostat for that particular system: Cooling at 72 on a summer day Heating at 72 on a winter day If your system does not perform according to the standards we have issued, please call us. We’ll send out one of our professionally trained technicians and have them evaluate your unit. If after the review, we determine  that the installation is the reason your system is not performing properly, we will correct the problem for up to five years from the date of installation at no additional charge to you.

*This guarantee is not a parts and labor warranty, and will not be honored in the case of parts failure or normal breakdowns. Systems must be purchased from Universal Air & Heat. Please contact our service center for complete terms and conditions.

Lifetime Duct Work Guarantee

Universal Air & Heat will honor a lifetime guarantee on all duct work* installed by our technicians for as long as you own the house.

Should your cooling system compressor fail more than one time within the first year, we will replace your air conditioner or heat pump – FREE!
If the heat exchanger in your furnace fails within the first year we will replace your entire furnace – FREE!

To back out world class service, we include our Satisfaction Guarantee with your new complete home comfort system. During the first year of operation, we want you to be satisfied with your new equipment and installation. If you are not satisfied with the work that you have paid for or the operation of your new system, we will put forth every effort possible during the first year of operation to correct the situation to your satisfaction. If after review we cannot correct the problem, we will determine whether to replace your system free of charge or remove the equipment with 100% refund of your purchase price. It’s that simple. We want you to feel confident when you choose Universal Air & Heat and, as always, we welcome your comments and ideas on how we may better serve you. We will install your equipment with parts and materials that we have selected for reliability. If another reputable company commits in writing to do these things and provides a complete written estimate lower than ours for the same equipment and warranties.
